Recent work
Recently two projects I had the pleasure to work on were released. A commercial for Nicorette, and the debut trailer for Gears of War 3. My first cinematic done completely in-engine.

especially i interesting in compositing aspects.

I think he means that the cinematic is done in Unreal engine. And I have to say WOW!, it's been one year from this post but im amazed of the capabilities of real-time engines.
